If I could leave a negative star review I would. I was trying to order flowers while having a conversation. Meant to order from 1800flowers, but accidentally clicked on this website (it'sthe first one that comes up when you Google 1800flowers). Didn't realize until I went to check status since my order (which I paid extra for same day delivery and exact day delivery) had not been delivered by 9 pm. Received an email stating they'd be delivered the next day. The afternoon of the next day (which was yesterday) I received notification from them stating my order was delivered. Thought it was strange the recipient hadn't contacted me, so I called her this morning. She never received the flowers. They were also not delivered to any of her neighbors. I've been on hold with customer service for almost 30 minutes now. The automated voice keeps telling me my call will be answered in 10 minutes, then 7 minutes, then 10 minutes again, then 5 minutes. If they ever answer and correct their mistake, I'll make an amendment to this review. But, after reading everyone else's reviews, Im not holding my breath. I held off posting until I finished the call with customer service. Changing

I picked a small town florist in Canada from google maps. I didn't realize I was redirected to Flower Shopping, and that the price was in US currency. When I received the bill, it was $28 Canadian higher than I thought I would pay. This was very deceptive, not to make it clear that the quoted price was in US $

Terrible news! I ordered same day delivery and the deliver after 9pm. Not only did they deliver at a late time but the flowers were ugly. I paid $4 extra for balloons only to find out it was 1 balloon no hellium. Just one ugly balloon in the middle of my roses… I paid over $100 for a bad experience.

I bought a $60.00 bouquet to be delivered to my Girlfriend in Canada. However the order never made it to the destination. When I emailed them about the issue the never replied, when I tried to call them could not get through. Had my Girlfriend call them, she got through. The said they were investigating the issue and would contact me. They have still not made contact with me to resolve the issue. Please use a different online florist to do your ordering from.

Absolutely miserable experience! I ordered an arrangement 3 weeks in advance and I was called the day of delivery to be told that they no longer have a florist in the delivery area! They actually waited until the day of delivery to tell me that! BUT, they did find somebody that would do it but they had to charge me $45 more! Beware!!! Don’t waste your time or the opportunity to have something sent for a special occasion.
